Membership Renewal

We are collecting dues for 2008.

Albuquerque Soaring Association

The Albuquerque Soaring Association is a group of Albuquerque area, RC model airplane flyers who fly both sailplanes and all forms of electrics airplanes. If you haven’t already checked out our web site, please do at www.soarabq.org. The monthly newsletter is published there as well as various other information of interest.

Meetings

We meet monthly in room 403 at the Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church at the corner of Academy and Moon in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We meet the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. Please note room number may vary, but it will generally be in the same area of the building. Please see the latest newsletter on the web site for the specific room number.

Flying

Of course meetings are not what we do best. Rather we like to fly. Check out our calendar on this web site and you’ll see that we have a club event just about every weekend and often something on both Saturday and Sunday.

Dues

Yearly dues are $20, due at the beginning of the year.

We are now accepting dues for 2008.

New members who join after July 1st, 2008 pay half year dues of $10.

How to Join Us

The ASA is an Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) charter club. Therefore membership in the ASA does require AMA membership. For more information on AMA membership refer to www.modelaircraft.org
