Because it can be difficult to keep track of yet another user name and password, they are shown below in bold.

Be sure to enter the username exactly as shown below. Everyone uses this same user name to access the roster. You DO NOT have your own user name.

Note: We are only trying to keep automated web-bots from accessing the roster, and they can't easily read the values since they are actually an image of the text.
